Choose a clear starting point
For an order without your logo, begin with the factory model and estimated quantity. For a branded order, also send your artwork and preferred logo location.
Describe the intended market, power supply and package requirements. Availability and the final configuration are confirmed in the quotation.
From model selection to order approval
Build the shortlist
Share factory model numbers, quantities, intended applications and destination country. Identify the lighting, charging and control features that matter.
Define the branded version
For logo orders, provide artwork, position and appearance requirements. Discuss packaging and instructions for the selected model; custom packaging is quoted separately.
Review a paid sample
Check the actual light, controls, relevant charging functions, finish and package contents. Record the version and changes agreed before approving production.
Approve the order details
Confirm the model configuration, quantity, artwork, documents, quotation and schedule. The order lead time is 15–30 days; confirm timing for your order.

Keep the sample and documents together
A document for one family does not establish coverage for every configuration. Match the model suffix, electrical input, manufacturer, branding and power supply to the documents supplied for the proposed order.
Use the factory photos and videos to understand the production environment, then use the model-specific records and paid sample to review the product you plan to buy.

Can I start with 10 units?
Orders without a custom logo start at 10 units. Share the models and configurations you need so the quotation can confirm quantities for that order.
What changes when I add my logo?
Custom-logo orders start at 100 units. Send your artwork and preferred placement; the applicable printing method and final appearance are confirmed for the selected model.
Are samples free?
Samples are supplied on a paid basis. Request a quotation for the sample, configuration, destination and shipment. Sample timing is confirmed separately.
Does the 15–30 day lead time include samples and delivery?
The stated order lead time is 15–30 days and the production schedule must be confirmed for the final order. Sample timing and transport arrangements are separate.
Can I request custom packaging?
Yes, tell us the packaging requirements when requesting a quote. Custom packaging is quoted separately; its details are agreed before order approval.
Which documents should I request?
Give the exact factory model, destination country, input rating, adapter and branding requirements. Ask for the relevant report set and confirm its scope against the proposed configuration.
